How it works

Salary transparency is crucial for reinforcing equity in the workplace. Salary ranges are required to submit jobs to Black Remote She.

Job postings will only be removed if your company has a discriminatory complaint. All other job postings will be labeled as closed after the deadline or once the role is reported as filled.

To accommodate varying location preferences within our community, we accept fully remote, mostly remote, temporarily remote, hybrid, and various other remote components on our platform.

All job submissions are regularly reviewed M-F. All approved postings will be posted within 1 business day of submission. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been fulfilled and is live on our job board. We also include additional promotion in our newsletter sent to more than 2,000 subscribers.

All sales are final and nonrefundable. If your organization’s job postings are removed due to a discriminatory complaint or community report, your job will be removed from our platform, but will not be refunded.
