Black Remote She is excited to announce our first-ever Resource Allocation Mixer!
The mixer will be hosted by Jasmine T. Williams-Jacobs (they/she), Black Remote She’s Founder and Director, and co-hosted by Mo Viviane (they/them), Trans Empowerment Project’s Program Manager of their Trans Employment Project.
The resource allocation mixer is FREE and will offer BRS community members an informal space to request resources to support their livelihood. View the mixer agenda here to learn more.
Please note: To honor the continued discrepancies of resources and support available to Black and Brown people, this is a BIPOC-only event. White allies can donate to support this mixer and future events here and donations for Trans Empowerment Project can be made here.
Whether you're looking for housing resources, funding opportunities, local legal support, entrepreneurship resources, and/or have questions about how to connect with organizations offering low cost or free assistance for any other forms of support, this event is for you.
BIPOC network weavers, changemakers, and activists actively involved with and/or connected to organizations providing resources to 2SLGBTQI+ people are also welcomed to attend to spread the word about additional resources on their radar.
Save the date to join us on February 20, 2024 at 3PM EST / 12PM PST.
Please email info@blackremtoteshe.com to request accommodations for this event.
